WALK IN Interview for HEDGE FUNDS Experts
Date : 21st November & 22nd November 2011. (Monday & Tuesday)
Time : 10am to 4pm
Experience : 6months to 2years (Relevant Experience)
Qualification : Any Graduate
Job Location : Chennai
Mandatory Documents : Passport required.
The job profile involves in travelling abroad for a transistion period of 2 to 3 months
Job Description:
• Interact with the transition team and understand the “As Is” and “To Be” process
• Mentor the team and be responsible for the KT
• Create process flows for the various sub-process so that a repository is created for repeated trainings in the future
• Devise a clear cut tracking mechanism , log the errors and ensure timely correction of faults so that the recon process adhere to the specified timelines
• Should be willing to work in shifts
• Good interpersonal and communication skills and people management
• Capability to detect errors at the early stages in the sub process and provide timely solutions to the team
• Ability to interact with Managers/ clients effectively and manage SLA’s

Desired Profile:
• At least 6 months to 2 years of experience in Capital markets working in AMC’s broking houses, Registrars/Transfer agents , custodians in the reconciliation side
• Prior Experience working in BPO’s and AMCs managing Hedge funds preferable
• Good domain skills in the reconciliation processes especially pertaining to market value recon, transaction and cost recon
• Should have basic knowledge of Mutual fund industry and the various intermediaries. Hedge fund added advantage
• Experience in preparing operation manuals , BCP documents , facing audit teams, and risk management ,
• Preferable if the candidate has handled a team and managed SLA’s
• Proactive in escalation management with supervisors and clients
• Prior Experience working in BPO’s and AMCs managing Hedge funds preferable
