Knowledge/Skills required:
* Knowledge of ID models and theories such as ADDIE Development Model, Bloom’s Taxonomy, Gagne’s Nine Events of Instruction and ARCS Model
* Knowledge of writing style and editing guidelines (Esp. MSTP)
* Good command over the English language (US and UK English)
* Good communication skills
* Effective writing style that is consistent and adheres to ID and customer standards
* Good reviewing skills with an eye for detail
* Expertise in using MS Office for writing, editing and reviewing
Experience and Qualifications:

* Should have a good academic background.
* Should be a Graduate/Post Graduate in any subject in the Humanities or Science domains from a reputed college.
