Job Description:
ADP India is hiring for Assistant Manager for Payroll team. Interested applicants must have some experience in team leading and client interfacing.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Ensure delivery of Payroll outputs on time with high levels of accuracy
• Meet / exceed quality targets
• Managing Escalated Calls/Emails
• Review Process Database (Activities / Tasks) periodically and suggest improvements and amendments
• Staying sensitive to operational goals (Production, Quality, TAT)
• Drive initiatives to improve the process
• Staying focused to Culture of Recognition/Learning/Aspiration
• Motivating the team
• Monthly performance review of the team
• To maintain knowledge of current statutory legislation
• Identifying strengths and weaknesses of the team members (skill mapping).
• Ensuring timely circulation of various MIS to the team and management.
• Adhere to the ADP Policies with regard to Data Protection Act and Information Security
