Vodafone Hiring for LMS Administrator- Executive / Sr Executive

Job Description:

Management and administration of online and classroom based training for Vodafone global businesses.

During LMS roll out act as part of implementation process preparing local markets for go live in system and for Shared services administration including loading of content and testing of data.

Create and update classroom and online courses in the Saba system.

Load, test and trouble shoot eLearning content and liaise with content owner to resolve any issues before publishing.

Manage use of and license for global eLearning tool course builder including answering questions on use of the tool.

Create Virtual classroom sessions.

Build curricula and certification programs.

Assign training to groups of people or individuals.

Report on the fill rates for classroom based programs and liaise with course owner to ensure courses delivered with optimum numbers.

Mark attendance for classroom sessions where this has not be carried out online.

Run training reports.

Become a virtual member of the Learning management system community representing the Global Shared Service Centre and identifying new requirements and areas for process improvement.

Advise local L&CD teams on best way to deliver programs using the system.

Deliver activities within the KPI’s set.

Desired Profile:    

2+ years of relevant experience of administering online and classroom based learning activities using an LMS

Experience of Saba LMS version 5.2

Experience in creating and testing eLearning content; SCORM, Flash, Authoring tools (lumesse course builder)

Experience in producing and interpreting reports in Excel from Saba LMS

Experience:   3 - 6 Years
