Job Description:

Managing Purchase information and system

Review of daily indents & various requirements of various departments

Sending enquiry to Suppliers, follow-up of enquiry and get competitive offer from suppliers

Raise the Purchase Orders

Follow- up on Purchase Orders

Review the status of orders with vendors to ensure orders are executed as needed

Organize and Maintain all purchase orders and purchasing data

Working with Accounts payable regarding Supplier / Vendor Invoices.

Obtaining required approvals from STPI, Customs & Central Excise for duty free Imports / Indigenous purchases.

Coordinating with CHA for clearance of Shipments and arranging CE Inspections

Maintaining Inventories of IT Assets and Inventory records.

Carrying out periodical physical verification of IT Hardware Inventory.

Desired Profile:

First Class Commerce Graduate with minimum 2-4 years of experience in IT Industry

Familiar with Central and Local Sales taxation

Familiar with STPI and Central Excise Rules & Procedures

Good Communication and written skills

Knowledge of IT Products (Software & Hardware) is must.

Candidate's are required to adhere and enforce the security policies of the organization

Position is based in Hyderabad
