Shift window 9 PM to 6 AM. (US Shift timings)
-Hiring Senior delivery professionals across industries, domains and technologies for Syntel Inc using low cost recruitments e-recruitment tools like LinkedIn, Twitter, Google, Portals, etc.
-The candidate will be a individual contributor recruiter who will be responsible to hire for delivery positions at middle management level for global positions based in US, Canada & Europe.
-The candidate will be required to work in US shift timings to support clients based in US
-Handling end to end recruitment cycle for all the engaged candidates, with active coordination with business and HR teams for scheduling, business interactions, travel, feedback management, offer discussions, and onboarding.
-Day to day business planning on actions, follow ups for executing mandates efficiently and tracking their status.
-Improvise on process and SLA standards
-Gradually handle a team, mentor and train Team members, help them in achieving their targets.
