Job Description:

1. Accounts

• Responsible for the Accounts, Admin Management and supervision of the department
• Responsible for the monthly and yearly budgeting
• Responsible for incoming out going invoices and MIS, monthly employee expenses
• Credit control - chasing due and overdue payments from clients
• Responsible for processing weekly & monthly payroll
• Responsible for billing and payment related matters for hires which includes invoice verification/ processing, raising of PO and maintaining records in accordance.
• Undertaking any other accounts and administration related jobs as required

2. Administration & Establishments

• Responsible for creating and submitting statutory documentation
• Liaising with External Government authority for licensing, registration etc.
• General Administration - filing, faxing and photocopying
• Responsible for entering and processing Director and Employee expense records
• Ensuring that all applicable statutory compliances are in place on site
• Maintaining efficient filing system for the administrative and accounting records;
• Updating and maintaining employee records and daily attendance
• Handling employee holiday requests and leave records
• Preparing employee contracts and offer letters
• Site Coordination

Desired Profile:

Minimum a Bachelor’s Degree / Management with at least six to eight years of working experience in accounts and administration.

• Previous supervisory experience would be an advantage
• Excellent communications skills and attention to detail
• Experience of using accounting system
• Business acumen and commercially aware
