• Employee relations for all IDC employees.

• Conducting HR interviews

• Periodical meetings / discussions with employees to under stand the issues.

• Conduct PCI survey for IDC employees.

• Support PDPR related issues from IDC stand point

• Maintain all IDC employee information up to date.

• Support HR team for any internal /external HR audits.

• Coordinate and support t for all C&B issues from IDC stand point.

• Be a part of the employee engagement activities.

• Identify and implement employee motivational program.

• Address employee concerns.
