Job Description:
1. Implementation and Support.
2. Maintain good relationship with Client Officials at all levels.
3. Ensure compliance & implementation client requirements.
4. Troubleshooting issues with platform & dependant interfaces.
5. Analyze the issue & creation of RCA report.
6. Interaction with development team for resolution system process monitoring at all levels.
7. Release Management (Testing, Deployment).
8. Bug reporting.
9. CR management (Preparation & request specification document).
10. Should have working experience at client site.
11. Excellent knowledge on scripting is required.
12. Should possess knowledge of atleast one database.
13. Should be able to troubleshoot and report.

Desired Profile:
Skills Required 1. Should have worked on client side for application support.
2. Should have knowledge of atleast one database- Oracle/Informix/etc.
3. Should have good knowlegde in Linux with excellant knowledge on scripting.
4. Should have experience in handling E-TOPUP / M - Commerce products.
Qualifications BE/B.Tech/MCA/Graduate with GNIIT or PGDCA or equivalent
Redhat certified. CCNA/CCNP Certification will be added advantage
2-3 yrs experience of Linux Administration
Knowledge in telecom domain
