Job Description:
1.Handling operations for Domestic Compensation team.
2.Dealing with employee/HR ops queries on compensation
3.Making monthly Finance reports, salary revision implementations and issue appropriate letters
4.Reconciliation of salary.
5.Liaison with regional HR representatives at all locations within India for Compensation matters.
6.Maintenance of salary database, EBS updates
7.Support in P2P payout
