Key Accountabilities (A collection of duties and/or responsibilities assigned)

1. Conduct 50hrs pre-licensing training; adhering to the prescribed curriculum & schedule as approved by IRDA and communicated via HO.
2. Maintain records and strict adherence to the IRDA compliance guidelines for accredited training institutes.
3. Successful career launch of new advisors along with the sales team.
4. Discipline in on-time submission of the quarterly reports of training conducted to the Area Training Manager in the prescribed IRDA format.
5. Training delivery, evaluation & feedback.
6. Preparation of Training Calendar and marketing the Training Programs internally
7. Mapping performance of new Advisors.
8. Training Needs Analysis (TNA) - Aligning TNA to business needs under supervision of DGM-Sales or Area Training Manager.
