Designation:    Opening for MIS Executive with leading Investment Bank

Job Description:

• Prepare monthly Cost MI & report variance against budget
• Preparing & monitoring the expense accruals & income accrual on monthly basis
• Billing as well as tracking and chasing outstanding invoices
• Manage headcount movements
• Budgeting and Planning

Specific Activities:

• Preparation of headcount reports (including reconciliation, updation of staff details , supervisory details, monitoring committed HC)
• Preparation of Monthly Cost Packs (Location wise and Product wise)
• Raising Invoices , Invoice status tracking , follow up , monitoring receipt of funds ,weekly remittance reports, MIS reports
• Creating Cost Centres and LOAs
• Updating Cost Centres for ETS
• Preparation and upload of Expense Accrual
• Regulatory activities like STPI , Service tax , Customs & Excise
• Focus reports viz Travel , MDS , Occupancy
• Cash Flow Statement
• Assisting in preparing presentations

Location: Goregaon

Please note this position will be on permanent payroll of PCS Technology Ltd. and further deployed at Client side.

Job Requirements

• Experience with MIS, preferably in Financial Services
• Commerce Graduate with 2 years relevant experience
• MS Office skills: - Excel and Powerpoint
• Positive Attitude
• Problem solving ability
• Articulate, structured and process oriented
• Effective Communication and presentation skills

Should be able to join within 2 weeks or earlier

Experience:    2 - 5 Years

Role:    Admin/Facilities Exec.

UG - B.Com - Commerce
