* The individual will be a SharePoint administrator/developer who can perform SharePoint 2010 administration, production support, application support and development.
* The primary responsibility includes manage and address support tickets in a timely manner to provide SharePoint application support to end users.
* This role will also be responsible for developing custom solutions using the SharePoint platform to solve business problems.

* This position requires BS/BA degree or equivalent with 5+ years of Information Technology experience.
* SharePoint technology experience 4+ years including SharePoint 2010.
* SharePoint 2010 development experience using WCM Publishing Sites with customized page layouts, page components, workflow, and potentially metadata / keyword store.
* InfoPath 2010 development experience is a must. Familiarity with page layouts and page controls.
* Experience building SharePoint Web Parts and .NET custom controls. Solid ASP.NET & C# .NET development skills, experience with Visual Studio 2010 preferred.
* Experience with building and debugging custom ASP.NET forms housed in SharePoint.
* Experience with SharePoint feature stapling and creating packaged solutions (.wsp files).
* Experience with WF, WPF or Silverlight is a plus.
* Experience monitoring and fine tuning SharePoint performance.
* Experience managing FAST Search Service.
* Technical Skills should include experience with IIS 7, ASP.NET, C#, Microsoft T-SQL, SQL Server 2008, InfoPath 2010, SharePoint Designer 2010, Web Services and SharePoint 2010.
* Soft Skills should include excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to explain technology, products and SharePoint features to customers in layman’s terms.
