Job Description:
2+ years of experience in Business Development and Sales.
• Preferably from CAD / CAM Industry or Training or Educational institutions is a must
• At least 1 year of experience in business development
• Good consulting skills
• Working Knowledge of CAD/PLM/PDM/CAE
• Enterprise solution selling skills and track record
• Should have a good expertise of creating solution proposals with value proposition
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Ability to handle engagements/customers from enterprise perspective
Additional skill sets (desired):
• Knowledge of industry standard processes like APQP, Six Sigma, ISO etc.
• Knowledge of CAD/CAM software like CATIA, AutoCAD, Pro/ENGINEER, Solid Works etc.
• Responsible for the establishment of both annual and monthly sales objectives in-line with the company's over-all vision & business plan.
.Responsible for coordinating the specific objectives of the business plan with the Regional manager
•Directly responsible for all pre & post sales / marketing related activities for highly corporate, Govt., & any other customers.
• Must be comfortable in local & outstation travelling to find new client/ customer.

-Should have excellent selling and interpersonal skills.
