1. Recruitment :
Evacs, wherein he is expected to recruit 50 Non-exempt employees (new positions)
Shared Services, wherein he is expected to recruit 48 Exempt positions & 21 Non-exempt positions (new positions)
Replacement, Exempt-20 Employees in SS & Evacs (considering 10% attrition)
2. Employee relations for 150 employees in Evacs Boeing cell.
Conducting PCIs, driving action plans
Interacting with employees, understanding their issues and intervening in resolving their issues
Track disciplinary issues and initiate appropriate action
Plan and drive culture survey action plan.
Employee engagement activities
3. Performance management for Non-exempt
Track and complete trainee appraisals and initiate appropriate action of confirmation/training extension
Co-ordinate and ensure timely completion of goal setting
Co-ordinate and ensure timely completion of year-end assessments.
