• Audit, implement Service standards at the dealerships.

• Deputing mystery customer to gauge the customer satisfaction level.
• Training mechanics on reduction of repeat jobs at the dealerships.
• Evaluate skill level of mechanics and train them from Beginners to Experts.
• New product launch and orientation to Private garage Mechanics.
• Reporting on technical feedback on Product performance and PDI performance to HO.
• Conducting service promotional activities at the dealership.
• Monitor spare parts inventory at the dealership.
