Job Description:
* Regular project review / controlling during the execution of project which includes mainly:
* Project costing
* Margin analysis
* Variance analysis of Cost
* Project Forecasting
* Ensure correct Balance Sheet accounting incl. LD, Warranty & project specific provisioning
* Analysis & explanation of project performance & cost deviations, if any
* Ensure correct Sales POC & Gross Margin recognition by project
* Creation of detailed work break down structure (WBS) in SAP.
* Authorizing (QES) Quotation Evaluation Sheets
* Calculation of Project concurrent cost and periodically update the project cost

Desired Profile:
* Work with Project manager for Identification of potential opportunities within a project(s) & actions required to realise
* Negotiate commercial terms with Customer during project execution
* Facilitate costing of risk analysis & estimate potential cost impact of non-performance issues
* Identification of early warning signals within a project(s), if any. Support project closure and retrieval of bonds / guarantees
* Facilitate prompt invoicing to the customer
* Monitor cash-flow on project(s) Accounts Receivable, Inventory, Advances
* Regular review of Accounts receivable, setting up monthly collection targets and chasing customer for collection, regular visit to customer
* Monitor physical completion of the project(s) including identification of key milestones.
* Project Taxation * Facilitate through Corporate tax team for Compliance of various tax liabilities and export/deemed export formalities.
* Ensure Compliance with Organization Policies, process and guidelines
* Accounts payable –facilitate GRN booking, payment processing for Vendors bills.
