1) Designing of foundry tooling like patterns, core boxes, core setting /drilling /grinding fixtures for grey iron foundry.
2) HPDC,LPDC and GDC dies for aluminum foundry.
3) Designing of hot forming dies for inner trims.
Job Responsibility: (Describe responsibility of this position for above deliverables)
1) Designing / modeling foundry tooling with CatiaV5 /ProE Wildfire2
2) Uploading data in PLM
3) Preparing bill of Material in SAP
4) Co-ordination with ERC / Foundry/ Vendors.
5) Checking and release of designs.
