At this level individual works independantly on complex tasks and can mentor L1, L2 configurators. Handles all escalations from L1, L2. Serves as technical point of contact for all escalations. For Development projects incumbent at this level is responsible for reviewing configured solution and maintain review logs. Co-ordinate development and testing activities. For Support projects incumbent can handle all complex tickets/ issues.
