The job holder will be an experienced software engineer with direct responsibility for implementing test code to test the software products developed from Bangalore, India. He/she would be part of a cross functional team which is involved in delivering middleware component at Nokia.
Job Responsibilities:
The jobholder is an experienced software engineer who will:
be responsible for developing test code for testing software developed by the team.
understands the product requirements, design and implementation to come up with effective test cases.
Design and Develop the feature for the product based on the product requirement
Should be able to identify performance, memory leaks and security issues in the software
proactively participate in all design and development discussions and provide input
is expected to pro-actively analyze current processes and practices and suggest/ drive improvements. Also, defines processes as needed

Key Skills:
Good knowledge in C/C++ . Knowledge of Qt/QML would be an added advantage.
Hands on experience in automation and other development activities.
Excellent collaboration skills and experience in working in cross cultural international business
Has knowledge of Agile and scrum mode of project development
Excellent communicational, interpersonal, organizational, analytical, problem-solving, presentation skills, motivational and leadership skills
Stress tolerance, highly reliable, able to balance conflicting requirements and respond flexibly to changing priorities and timelines
Able to work on own initiative, needs only general direction
Skilled at achieving high levels of customer satisfaction

Bachelor's Degree in IT or a computer-related field
Master's Degree is preferable.
