Areas of Responsibility

* Agency Management
* to be the primary contact for the various agencies we use, such as advertising, marketing services, media, online and event agencies
* Vendor Management
* Branding
* Website Maintenance & Content Management
* Developing Collateral
* Tracking Awards, Interviews, Telecom Magazine Sponsorships
* Event negotiations & support to Sales
* Develop and manage marketing budget
* Public Relations & Analyst Relations
* Customer Satisfaction Survey

• Collaborate with Segment Strategy & Marketing team to define the base communication programs
* Understand the segment priorities and objectives
* Understand the past programs and learnings
* Understand the region needs and ecosystem
* Understand the marketing execution capabilities which exist

• Execute the programs
* Build out the program elements based on the calendar
* Collaborate with other internal groups to gain the execution support
* Manage the communication of this plan with internal stakeholders
* Co-ordinate with external agency resources
* Periodically review the program success and publish metrics.

5 * 7 years of marcom experience in leading telcos / IT or BPO companies

Education & Technical / Professional Certificates

Any graduate with an MBA in Marketing

Meticulous planning with an eye for detail
Strong deadline orientation especially in a challenging and global context
Mandatory Competencies
Understanding of detailed marcom operations
Branding and brand management experience
Articulate marcom requirements in line with business priorities
Plan and execute ROI driven marcom initiatives and strategy
Negotiations with external agencies and internal functions

Project Management skills.
