Job Description:

• Work with stakeholders/hiring managers on current and/or future staffing needs to identify job requirements, sources of potential applicants, and interview guidelines.

• Source, identify, attract, screen, interview, and/or recommend placement of appropriate candidates for all levels, complying with company policy, legal, and regulatory guidelines.

• Utilize a variety of tools, relationships, and recruiting networks to identify suitable candidates. Review applications and resumes from both internal and external sources to pre-screen candidates for open positions.

• Forward applicable candidate paperwork to appropriate hiring manager, coordinate interview schedules, make necessary travel arrangements, and counsel hiring managers throughout the entire selection process, including potential negotiations.

• Conduct or ensure references and background checks are completed.

• Assist in facilitating the new-hire process, including orientation, coordination of Medical tests, and ensuring appropriate and timely processing of new-hire paperwork.

• Maintain MIS, data, and metrics.

Desired Profile:    

3+ years demonstrated track record of successfully meeting recruiting targets and client satisfaction goals in a high volume, multi-client recruiting environment.

2) 3+ years experience working for a high technology company or leading technology search firm in a recruiting role

3) Demonstrated ability to manage end to end recruiting process, negotiate offers and seek competitive talent through various sourcing channels, viz. ER, Web & Social Media, Internal & external candidate databases, mapping and lead generation

4) Hands-on experience using MS office tools.

5) Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).

6) Exposure to hiring for both IT & ITES position would be an added advantage

7) High personal drive to be successful by innovating new ideas to acquire talent
