Job Description:
A. CVM & Customer Engagement: Develop and manage relationships with our existing customers through their ownership cycle:
* Manage a loyalty program for our HNI customers
* Ongoing interactions with existing customers to build trust and impact satisfaction levels.
* Integrate customer communication commensurate with the brand thought
B. Customer service & Renewals Team: Strengthen relationships with existing customers through sustained programs:
* Support the Customer services team for communication of value added services to customers and agents to enhance satisfaction levels
* Specific customer contact programs to drive increased renewals, payment options, awareness of self-service benefits etc.
C. Data Quality: Work with the DQ team and develop media neutral campaigns to improve data quality:
* Develop communication to capture complete and correct data
* Enhance customer experience
D. Share of Wallet& persistency : Help strengthen our SOW/ Persistency initiative thru campaigns and develop strategies for effective Cross-sell penetration
E. Marketing / Brand
Help towards achieving the brand score through sustained customer programs impacting awareness and recall
F. Spends management
Ensure program planning and execution within budgets
Ensure maximum cost efficacy of marketing budget
Monitor spends to remain within limits
G. Compliance with Regulatory and Legal guidelines
