• Implementation of Talent Identification & Development Process
• Enabling People Managers to perform their people management function
• Ensuring two levels below Vertical Head are staffed with competent Managers and Succession pipeline is in place Attrition Control Plans
• Handling Vertical wise induction and orientation
• Expert level written and verbal communication skills, strong decision making ability and attention to detail are equally important
