2. TRAINING IMPLEMENTATION
• Determine program objectives and design the program
• Coordinate with faculty / institutes for developing the content
• Deliver programs in own area of expertise
• Coordinate for organising the program
3. TRAINING EVALUATION:
• Monitor training effectiveness
4. LEARNING PROCESS IMPROVEMENT
• Look for and implement alternate learning techniques like e learning, job rotation, assignments, Mentoring, etc.
