L&T Infotech is looking for Service Desk Associates.

Job Location – Vash, Navi Mumbai.
Total Number Of position: 2
Education qualification: any graduation – preferable B.Sc /Diploma / BBA / B.E/ B.Tech (Full time)
Exp : 0-5 Years relevant exp
Job Description / Job Scope :

• More than 1-2 years of experience in customer service support environment ( worked with the international clients – UK / US/ Others)
• Proficient with Desktop, Laptop, Hardware and Software related issues.
• Good understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good written & verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Good hands on ticketing tool like Remedy, Peregrine, Clarify, HP Service Desk.
• Answer the calls that reach Service Desk.
• Respond to the emails/chat that reaches Service Desk.
• Create/update ticket for every call and email that reach Service Desk.
• Follow up on tickets that are not attended or followed up.
• Highlight to the supervisor, in case of any ticket not attended to or responded on time.
• Attempt to resolve the calls which are in the scope of Service Desk.
