• Interfacing from Java, J2EE applications
• Experience in Code review & design review.
• Exposure to performance tuning and appserver clustering is desirable
• Should have good knowledge on Design Patterns
• Knowledge of Banking domain would be an added advantage.

• Experience of application deployment in Weblogic v8.1 & higher and Websphere v5.1 & higher
• Good Database knowledge
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
