Job Description:

Monitor the territory Sales infrastructure : Direct Dealers, RMs, DD, RW.
Implement/recommend regular Schemes/Consumer promotions
Ensure adequate Direct Sales infrastructure
Efficient voucher/collection distribution network
Regular Schemes/Consumer promotions
Growth in Subscriber base
Follow systems to monitor Direct Dealers, DSA, DD, RMs, RW
Ensure adherence to the SLAs
Regularly work with the FoS – Ensure desired levels of productivity, training/supervision.
