• Heading the Renewals Training Team
• Monthly Training plan for RV team including content, audience and the trainers involved. Coordination with Agency training team for the same wherever required.
• Providing product USPs, description, and calling scripts for renewal telecallers
• Quality check for telecallers in CFU and decide on individual training requirements
• Ensuring product specific focus depending upon its criticality and drive its conversions in coordination with R&R team.
