Cost Evaluation includes analysis of Cost Items & identifying opportunities for Cost Optimization.
To liaison with various departments viz SCM / FR / HR to drive the cost optimisation measures.
Monitoring Capital Productivity, approving Capex for the circle & to come out with measures to improve capital productivity for the circle.
