• Demonstrate ability to work on Simple/ Medium complexity tasks as per technical design specifications
• Debug and fix problems
• Analyze and understand requirements and corresponding design specifications.
• Code logic with high quality
• Gain expertise in the respective technical area to proactively address technical difficulties experienced by the team.
• Must contribute to work item status progress reporting in the tools provided.
• Understand & adhere to Ness Values with zero escalation from Manager consistently through the employment.
• Demonstrate smooth & easy interaction with the internal team members , managers, & customer team members with zero escalation on communication
• Escalate issues to lead on time

Desired Profile:
(2) Competencies – Technical / Functional and Managerial
• Strong conceptual knowledge of Object Oriented analysis and Design skills. Must have prior experience of development using OO concepts
• Strong Visual C++ Experience.
• Experienced in all phases of System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), specially coding and maintenance.
• At least 3+ years development experience of which at least 2+ years must be using Visual C++ (Microsoft Platform)
• Must of be very strong on coding using Visual C++/C# (Microsoft Platform) in a 3-Tiered Client Server or Web Based architecture.
• Must have experience in developing Server Side business logic.
• Must have experience in writing code to communicate with RDBS ( MS SQL or Oracle)
• Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills with demonstrated ability to analyze technical information.
• Must be well versed with C#/C++, XML, MS SQL/Oracle
• Experience on .Net framework 2.0 or later is nice to have.
• Knowledge / prior experience of Financial Industry or E-Commerce system development is good to have
