1. Manager
Qualifications : BE / B.Tech.(Electrical/ Mechanical/ Civil) with min. 60% marks.
Desirable:- MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
Experience : Minimum 9 years post qualification experience in one or more of the following areas:-
Erection of large thermal/hydroelectric power projects/Progress monitoring of large power projects (mainly thermal, coal, gas based, Hydro-electrical) and familiarity with progress monitoring tools such as MS Project, Prima Vera etc.
Age Limit : 37 years.
Pay Scale : Rs.36600-3%-62000/-
2. Translator
Qualifications : Post graduation in Hindi / English as an elective subject of English/Hindi and a degree/diploma in translation (Hindi to English and vice versa).
Experience : Minimum 5 years of post qualification experience in central/Govt. dept./PSUs relating to translation work from Hindi to English and vice versa. Preference shall be given to candidates having experience of translation of technical and financial documents.
Age Limit : 33 years.
Pay Scale: Rs.15500-3%-34500/-

The Corporation was notified as a Public Financial Institution in 1990 under Companies Act, 1956. The Corporation is registered as a Non Banking Financial Company with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). RBI, vide its revised Certificate of Registration no. B-14.00004 dated July 28, 2010 classified the company as an ‘Infrastructure Finance Company (NBFC-ND-IFC)’.

HOW TO APPLY : Eligible applicants would be required to Register and Apply Online through PFC’s website from 1000 hours on 02/11/2011 to 1700 hours on 28/11/2011. Candidates are required to take printout of the system generated Registration-cum-Application form and send the same along with the self attested photo copy of proof of date of birth, qualifications, experience, category, PWD and last emoluments drawn by Post, in a cover superscribing “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF …………………… GRADE…….., Application No……………” addressed to Sr. Manager (HR) at the above address. A recent passport size photograph must be affixed on the Registration-cum-Application form along with a Demand Draft/Bankers‟ cheque of Rs.500/- (not applicable for SC/ST/PWD category) drawn in favor of „Power Finance Corporation Limited‟ payable at New Delhi (in case applying for more than one post, separate application may be forwarded) so as to reach on or before the 28.11.2011.
