Job Description:
• Identify/Prospect for candidates that can be successful TALIC advisors. Maintain a dynamic prospect list for advisors.
• Recruit by selling TALIC career opportunity to such prospective advisors.
• Conduct regular activities like market surveys to add to & build advisor prospect base for team.
• Ensure nomination of at least 2 advisor prospects for every branch COP conducted.
• Ensure adherence to TALIC new batch management process & fast start program for development of new advisors.
• Ensure adherence to TALIC recruitment process in all such selections.
Team Development and Coaching
• Ensure hand holding of all new advisors in the first 90 days & ensure their development through on the field training & supervision by ensuring at least 3 & up to 5 Joint Field Work with new advisors in their first 90 days.
• Handhold advisors to enable them move successfully along their chosen individual or sales management career path.
• Identify & segregate advisors basis those aspiring to move along the individual sales career & those aspiring & capable of moving along the sales management growth path & design their growth plans accordingly
• Ensure that the advisors understand the TALIC advisor & sales management growth path.
• Develop, Train, supervise, counsel & motivate a team of advisors.
• Coach Advisors on sales skills & need based selling
• Instilling a need based sales culture in the team. Provide operational support to advisors in the team in terms of submissions, issuance, pending resolve etc.
