A Team Lead / Senior Recruiter is responsible for entire recruitment process of US staffing activities. A senior level candidate should independently perform following tasks - understanding the requirement, sourcing, screening, target hunting, and initial interviewing to final placement. This includes status reporting and communicating with US based clients on all positions. A Team Lead will also assist with coaching and mentoring members of the team, and assist with the preparation of annual evaluations of the team members. The Team Lead is expected to be well experienced in all areas of US recruitment and must have excellent negotiation skills, verbal and written English communication skills.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, understanding of US culture, job rules and regulations, and ethics.
• Through knowledge of entire recruitment process specifically targeting US clients and US candidates
• Recruitment specialization in Aeronautical Engineers is a must
• Excellent experience in recruiting candidates on technologies like SAP and System Administrators for a specific customer
• Experience in recruiting US Citizens, EAD’s and Green Card holders
• Ability to work independently and multi task in a fast paced environment – A Strong Performer
Oher Duties :
• Scheduling Interview, status reporting. Submitting consultant directly to client.
• Uploading, Monitoring and maintaining Job Postings on Job Portals.
• Should be good at sourcing the resumes from the different portals, Vendors, databank, employee references, networking, headhunting etc.

1 - 6 years of hands-on experience in US Staffing / US Recruitment.
Should have good experience recruiting candidates on technologies like SAP, Aeronautical Engineers & System Administrators.
Expertise in recruiting Citizens, EAD's, Green Cards and H1B's Consultants.
Strong communication and inter personal skills.
Experience: 1 - 6 Years
