Job Description:
Role Summary:-
1. Timely approval of Inbound/Outbound rates, Volume Commitment/other deals on a regular basis. This includes commercial support to Sales team for strategic negotiation.
2. Traffic analysis of high cost destinations & loss making destinations to facilitate least cost best routing of traffic.
3. Timely commercial validation of BSNL/MTNL Bids/Transfer pricing data.
4. Publication of various traffic reports on Outbound and Inbound traffic on a daily basis.
5. Deal Monitoring on regular basis to ensure all volume commitments are being fulfilled.
Duties:-
1. Commercial validation and approval of inbound traffic rates on a regular basis.
2. Commercial validation and approval of Volume Commitment deals, Soft deals, including rate finalization for outbound and Hubbing traffic.
3. Deal performance monitoring on a monthly basis.
4. Monitoring of Sales Account Manager (SAM) performance by comparing Target (AOP) and Actual traffic on monthly basis.
5. Publication of various traffic related MIS on a daily basis such as Inbound, Outbound and Hubbing reports.
6. Publication of Weekly Error CDR report, Monthly cost & Revenue reports.
7. Country-wise reconciliation of Outbound Traffic
8. Commercial Validation of MTNL/BSNL Bids/Transfer Pricing, etc as and when due.
9. Identification of high cost destination and giving instructions to product team for re-routing/blocking of High Cost codes on a regular basis.
