Basic functions:

A Team Lead / Senior Recruiter is responsible for entire recruitment process of US staffing activities. A senior level candidate should independently perform following tasks - understanding the requirement, sourcing, screening, target hunting, and initial interviewing to final placement. This includes status reporting and communicating with US based clients on all positions. A Team Lead will also assist with coaching and mentoring members of the team, and assist with the preparation of annual evaluations of the team members. The Team Lead is expected to be well experienced in all areas of US recruitment and must have excellent negotiation skills, verbal and written English communication skills.
