* Maintain MoF CHGM Sharepoint
* Review team activities (CAB set up etc)
* Niche supplier Change Manager service performance
* Day-to-day staff planning - Sofia team
* Handle customer operations related questions
* Deliver training to MoF team
* Manage the Global CAB
* Manage Yearly Change Calendar
Experience : 4 - 6 Years
Functional Area : ITES/BPO/KPO, Customer Service, Ops.
Education : UG - Any Graduate, PG - Any PG Course
