1) Design and Development of Exhaust Systems Cold End

2) Design of latest type of mufflers(active, reactive, dissipative, electronic), rubber hangers,hooks & pipes.

3) Confirming back pressures,volume requirements based on engine specs & pipe dia.through calculations.

4) Optimize designs to meet weight, cost and performance targets.

5) Development of commonality of exhaust parts while designing the exhaust systems

Desired Profile:

1) Hands of experience of more than 3 years for design & devlopment of exhaust systems of passenger cars.

2) Knowledge of Pro-E, Team center PLM softwares or any other similar software is a must.

3) Knowledge of DFMEA,DFA,DFM,DFSS is required.

4) ISO/TS documentation & meeting the requirements based on the co.guidelines.

5)Result oriented,ready to adapt to the situtions ,pissitive approach is essential.
