Job Description:

Role Purpose:

Verification and processing of the employee expense claims.

Liaising with employees to ensure expense claims are as per policy.

Answering Queries and resolving issues relating to T& E claims via phone and email.

Key Accountabilities:

• Responsible for the management of all queries, both phone and email queries, relating to Travel and Expense claims.
• Manage the resolution of queries, according to agreed service levels, acting as the first point of escalation of issues for internal staff.
• Check to ensure that expense claims are properly meeting country specific tax and legal requirements. Match the receipts against the expense claims.
• Check those expense claims which are not posted automatically and correct any errors.
• Rebooking of expenses if incorrect entries are made
• Liaise with various internal departments to resolve incoming queries
• Establish good understanding of the end-to-end process working closely with the relevant parties in other departments and operating companies
• Compile, analyse and deliver reports as needed and provide proposals for corrective actions where necessary
• Provide support with back up activities to the P2P team

• 3 years to 5 years experience in providing Customer Service Voice & BO Support for UK/Ireland in BFSI Domain (Banking, Financial Services, Insurance)
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills (Mandatory)
• SAP or other ERP system knowledge
• Experience in Accounts Payable Process
• Basic MS office skills required
• Independent, self-starter, open to feedback, Problem Solving skills
• Flexible to work in shifts
