• Annual budgeting for BPO
• Sales Performance Tracking/ Bonus computation
• Preparation of Analyst data for Investors Release
• Adhocs Queries resolution relating to above activities
• Entitywise Clientwise MoM Revenue to Corp
• Quarterly P&L Projections- rolling forecast
