Job Description:
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Working with Business/Sales Managers to prepare and submit the following, within the specified time line
* Responses to RFI’s
* Estimations
* Proposals
• Liaison with delivery organization other stakeholders for the creation/verification/approval of above mentioned deliverables
• Managing the pre-sales repository of the organization, which consists
* Case Studies of bids won and executed successfully
* Case Studies of bids lost and reasons for that
* Various execution and solution models used in project executions, if any
* All the proposals
* All the marketing/pre-sales presentations
• Identify, Suggest and implement process improvements
• Responsible to support the Business/Sale Managers in bid presentation and execution
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis and suggest the corrective actions based on the bids lost

Desired Profile:
Primary Skills (Technical & Functional)
• Should have at least 2-3 years of domain experience in Supply Chain Management
• Should have experience in writing proposals, responding to RFPs, RFIs, white papers, collaterals
• Excellent knowledge and experience in advanced functions of MS office applications like Power Point, MS Word and Excel
• Excellent skills in English language (both US and UK) in order to prepare and (or) tech check the proposals and collaterals. Secondary Skills (Technical & Functional)
• Excellent communication skills and presentation

• Should be able to work with global clients i.e.
US & UK
