Job Description:
Key Role & Responsibility:
1). Administration and user support for the Project Scheduling, Capacity planning, Man-hour recording applications being used in the organization.
2). Coordinating with the head office, application users and various external agencies for the implementation of new applications as well as upgrades/updates of the existing applications used.
3). Project-specific changes and adaptations
4). Participation in implementation and upgrades of global IT applications.

Desired Profile:
We are looking for graduates with specialization in Computer Science/Computer Technology along with post-graduation/ certificate in project management techniques/applications.
He/ She should have:
• Expertise in managing and supporting users for Project scheduling applications Primavera and MS Projects.
• Expertise in managing and supporting users for Capacity planning applications.
• Knowledge of Project management techniques and workflow.
• Expertise in using MSExcel and MSAccess 2002 and above for manipulating data from various database sources to generate MIS reports.
• Expertise in managing and supporting users for hours recording application CATS based on SAP ECC 6.0
Candidates should be proficient in the use of softwares such as PRIMAVERA, MS PROJECTS, etc.
He/She should possess the following traits:
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Good presentation skills.
Ability to conduct training for a large group of users.
Proficiency in English language.
Good coordination skills.
Able to work independently.
Ability to work with other team members and with members of different cultures and to work with and understand business requirements.
