Job Description:
Position summary
This position is for support of ALM issues created by IT projects and enhancements execution teams. This is based in Bangalore but provide support to IT users globally.
Responsibilities
• Perform ALM administration activities
• Manage ALM users
• Maintain & support custom workflows
• Support ALM onboarding
• Manage support of ALM integration with other products like Watson
• Perform regular maintenance of ALM
• Understand customized implementation and provide support for day-today issues
• Coordinate and conduct/facilitate different types of ALM training available at Adobe
• Issue ownership and communication with end-users
• Perform regular upgrade, patch releases etc along with ALM admin team
• Support all data loading, integration efforts

Requirements
• Experience working on J2EE application servers (Tomcat, Jrun, Jboss), hardware load balancers
• Good verbal & written communication skills
• Should have some exposure to QC/ALM support
• Exposure to SQL and Oracle database
• Exposure to waterfall & agile methodologies
• Experience working on Windows and exposure to Unix environments
• Knowledge of monitoring tools
• Bachelor's degree with 3-8 years of IT experience in QA, QC areas
