Job Description:

To build and lead a team of professional sales manager and IC's and ensure achievement of assigned targets as per the framework.

• Ethically Head the local Office & coordinate with seniors including HO appropriately

• Constant Recruitment, Training & Development of SM's and IC's.

• To achieve monthly, quarterly & yearly business targets through desired relationship management.

• Regular monitoring performance of ADPs/ICs and conducting regular team meeting & performance review programs.

• Facilitate administrative & operational supports to ICs for smooth functioning

• MIS preparation, reporting to DM – Agency and adherence to audit compliance as per BALIC Standards

• Respect & adhere to the guidelines of the company on all fronts to have appropriate compliances.

• Achievement of desired manpower as per the objective & profile

• Achievement of New Business Targets (Premium & NOPs)

• Quantitative & qualitative progression on Recruitment, Training & Development of the Team Members
