Excellent with excel/power point

• Previous report generation / analytics / Business Transformation experience in a Call Center or Operations environment.

• Evident experience in delivering on multiple complex analytics related projects with high accuracy, simultaneously.

• Must possess a strong discipline on accuracy – Evident skills and experience in delivering highly visible analytics at exec level with consistent accuracy.

Company Profile:

Sould have experience for at least one year as an MIS Executive

Should have excellent knowledge on Excel (V-Look Up,H-Look UP, Sum IF, Count If, Pivot Table etc ).

Responsibilities :

• Monitors /collates data for monthly MIS

• Generate reports as per requirement from the Senior Management

• Generate reports using operation tools.

• Informing the management on timely basis in case of deviation from previous data.

• Creates automated reports for Real Time Service.

• Co-ordination with Line Managers for data collation and reporting
