1) Experience in Configuring and Managing Nortel Switches(L2/L3).

2) Experience in LAN/WAN and managing multiple sites.

3) Good Exposure on routing protocols.

4) Working experience on copper/fibre cabling.

5) Knowledge on monitoring softwares.

6) Exposure on server/link Load balancers.

7) Excelllent understanding on network basics(OSI Model)

8) Good Exposure on switching (STP ,RSTP ,MSTP ,VTP ,SMLT ,HSRP ,VRRP ,link aggregration , L3/L2 switches).

4) Windows Administrations

5) Big IP F5 Loadbalancers.
