Job Description - Oracle PL/SQL Production Support Engineers

2 – 4 years experience in Oracle PL/SQL

Support Analysts with 2 – 4 yrs of experience in working on Production Support projects.

Proven skills to deliver under critical circumstances.

Highly proactive & should take immediate ownership of tasks /incidents /tickets

Customer facing experience preferred

Excellent verbal & written communication skills

Should be able to lead a team & also work as an individual contributor

Will be expected to work in shifts to support 24/7 environment

Experience:    2 - 5 Years
