Skill & Job Requirements:

--> Life Insurance(L1)-Good understanding of Life & Pensions business, in atleast one Geo.Thorough knowledge of the Life insurance processes applied to one or more ofUS, UK,APAC.Working knowledge of business processes and functionsNew Business & Underwriting, Policy servicing, Agency,Claims, F& A, etc,with indepth expertise in atleast one functional area.Experience in COTS products in Life insurance space.
--> P&C Insurance(L1)-Good understanding of atleast one LoB, in atleast one Geo, with workingknowledge of all LoBs in P & C Insurance. Process experience in atleast one ofthe following functions - Underwriting, Policy Servicing, Claims, Billing,Reinsurance, etc, with indepth expertise in atleast one functional area.Experience in COTS products in P& C insurance space.
--> Insurance Business Analysis(L2)-Insurance Business Analysis: Should have knowledge of business analysis techniqobtain sing-off on business requirements. Should be able to prepare business refunctional test cases. Should be able to understand technology and engage with

Skills: Interface with clients and gain understanding of requirements/processes through meetings and discussions. Provide overall business and systems analysis and design support. Coordinate new customer development and enhancements. Execute functional tests and evaluate results to ensure accuracy and quality of complex system changes. Provide testing feedback to technology and monitor adherence to functional requirements. Ensure that the resources are equipped to be productive in time to meet requirements of customer. Adjust prorities according to changes in requirements and workload. Assist Overall Program's project manager in making staffing planning decisions and communicate effectiveness of offshore delivery. Provides Training and Operational support to business unit. Provide training to existing staff on and off site training and demos as needed. Assist and advise peers to ensure efficient management of current and incoming resources. May be a subject matter expert in a chosen area/function
