Job Description:
Essential Day-to-Day Responsibilities
* Contribute to process and tools projects, including;
* Requirement definition
* Solution validation
* Documenting processes and tools instructions
* Training
* Roll-out preparation including data preparation and cleansing
* Checking compliance of processes
* This role is about actioning change, not owning long-term operational processes, however a level of activity will be required to provide ongoing support to BAU processes.
* In addition to contributing to project work, analyst will be expected to take responsibility for the effective execution of particular process areas.
* Analyst will be required to assist with activities across the MIS Strategy and Portfolio Management team.
* The incumbent would also act as a key focal point for the MIS Process & Tools team in their location.
Additional Information
* Scope is limited to MIS activities, but expected to share best practice outside MIS.
* The role will require engagement and relationship building at all levels of the MIS organisation

2 years experience in IT project / program management roles
2 years experience of building relationships with stakeholders
This would be an ideal role for someone who has experience working in one the areas that the MIS Process & Tools team are working to optimize, including project management, finance, human resources.

* Strong organizational and analytical skills
