Job Description:
• Handle multiple projects (domestic & international)simultaneously.
• Monitor employee progress throughout the duration of training, providing coaching and developmental feedback.
• Facilitate transition of employees from training to the work environment, ensuring competency levels are sufficient.
• Adapt developed classroom agenda; timelines and content flow as necessary to deliver effective training to students.
• Complete daily tracking including end of day course evaluations ad trainee assessments.
• Train new team members on complete product and process knowledge. Ensure trainee’s performance fitness prior to go live. Qualify performance on completion of training.
• Coach and provide feedback to team members.
